T-shirt Size Chart

You can either access the T-shirt size chart as you are ordering T-shirts, or you can have a look here PLEASE NOTE that CritterLifeTM  T-shirts will shrink in a hot dryer!  Wash them in cool water and line-dry them to retain size and reduce CO2 emissions.

Returns & Exchanges

Although many of you ordering here would have had the opportunity to see CritterLifeTM products before actually ordering them, we realize that purchasing online (rather than in a store where you can try something on) is inherently risky.

That's why we're happy for you to return or exchange something that wasn't what you thought it would be.  And, of course we'll take something back if it was damaged prior to your receiving it.

RETURNS - Prior to returning an item to us, simply send us an email to returns@critterlife.com - we'll respond and let you know what to do.

EXCHANGES - Prior to exchanging an item with us, simply send us an email to exchanges@critterlife.com - we'll respond and let you know what to do.

Coaster Cleaning

Okay, so you remember there was something written on the coaster box about cleaning a stained coaster, but you threw the box away and can't for the life of you remember what was written on the box?  Don't panic - just read on...

If a coaster becomes stained (say, with wine, olive oil, balsamic vinegar or soy sauce), try the following to minimize discoloration:

  • Immediately soak the coaster in warm water with a mild detergent for 60 minutes.  Rinse thoroughly, then let air-dry.  (If you can tell within a few minutes that this is not going to remove the stain, go ahead and move on to the next step!)
  • If stain is stubborn, soak in an enamel or china bowl for 60 minutes in 1 part bleach to 4 parts hot water.  Rinse thoroughly, then let air-dry.
  • If stain is persistent, soak overnight and repeat if necessary.
  • DON'T use an abrasive brush / steel wool pad, as this will damage the surface of the coaster.*
  • DON'T use a strong solvent / cleaner / bleach directly on the coaster, as this will discolor the coaster.
*Over time (and due to use with certain glassware), you may see small, black marks appear on the uncolored surface of the coaster.  These marks should come out via the diluted bleach method mentioned above.  If not, you can GENTLY use 150 grit (very fine) sandpaper to remove the marks.  Because of the absorbent nature of the coasters, the inked design has penetrated below the surface and will not be immediately removed via gentle sanding.  This, however, CANNOT be repeated without damaging the design.
