CritterLife.com offers you the benefit of setting up an account so that each time you return it's easier to do what you want to do.  It even allows you to bring up your purchase history and save items to your wish list.  The information we gather to set up your account is secure (read more below) and never provided to outside parties in any way.

Ordering

 So that CritterLife™ can process your order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, shipping address, billing address, credit-card number, expiration date and card security code.  This allows us to process and complete your order and notify you of your order status.  Having said that, unless you have provided your credit card number over the phone for an order, CritterLife, Inc. does not even have access to your credit card details.  Rather, the information is transmitted via SSL technology to Authorize.net, the company that handles all of our credit card processing.  Authorize.net is certified with all banks and represents today's industry standard in credit card processing and security.

General

We monitor overall customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop products as well as the design and layout of the site.

We may occasionally use the information we collect to notify you of changes to the website, new CritterLife products or special offers we think you'll be interested in.  If you would rather not receive this information, please notify us.
